Wildlife close to Nairobi, game drives in the Maasai Mara, and a coast stay on the Indian Ocean.

1. Nairobi: Nairobi National Park sits close to the city, so you can see wild animals with buildings in the distance. At the Giraffe Centre you can feed Rothschild's giraffes.
2. Narok: Narok is the last big town before the Maasai Mara reserve, about 93 km away. Most camps are inside the reserve, where you go on game drives. The Great Migration peaks from July to October.
3. Mombasa: Mombasa is a busy port on the Indian Ocean coast. Visit Fort Jesus, a Portuguese fort, then spend your last days on the white sand of Diani Beach, about 30 km south.
